EpicCosplay Wig: Rhea in Dark Blue
I dyed the wig to add more depth and used a flat iron and hot water to style it. The two pony tail clips are attached with one on top and one towards the bottom of the wig base and then brushed out and teased to create a high volume pony tail look.
