Here at Epic Cosplay, we understand that spontaneous planning for cosplay can occur–or simply, stuff happens and you can’t get a wig until a few days before the event. For those who need a wig for Anime Expo (which is coming up THIS WEEK!), we are able to offer two different options:
Pick up at Epic Cosplay office
Place the order online, choose “Local Pickup” as your shipping option. You can come in any time between Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5:00PM PST to pick up your order.
Our address is 1715 E Wilshire Avenue Suite 718 Santa Ana, CA 92705 (we currently don’t have a sign or a banner up yet so please look for the suite number). Please see the map of our office location right below!
Pick up at Anime Expo
Place the order online, choose “Local Pickup” as your shipping option. Under the notes/instructions, please mention that you’re picking up at Anime Expo. The cut-off time for that will be Wednesday July 2nd at 9:00AM PST. Which means any online orders placed AFTER 9:00AM on Wednesday will not make it to our booth. If you still need to pickup a wig after the cut-off time, please email support(at)epiccosplay(dot)com, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Once your AX order pickup has been confirmed, please go to our booth #830. You will need your full name to pickup your order.
